MAIN PERFORMANCE:

Feeding Unit:

The feeder is controlled by simple can structure, it is not necessary for lubrication and maintenance, not easy for wear and tear. It is easy to adjust the relative position with paper when you run the machine, you can adopt fine adjustment to adjust the accuracy of front lay and side lay and side lay following the condition of registering, which makes spot registering more accurate, to protect varnishing block. It adopts double sheet detector and defending device for the feeding board moves up and down.

Varnishing Unit:

It adopts paper-biting convey system, the varnishing roller and compressing roller can compress and separate automatically. The oil balancing system is located at the lower position of varnishing drum, the space is enough for installing and discounting the varnishing block, you can install the resin block and blanket. The oil balancing system paints oil reverse, regular and stable. Infrared ray drying device is fitted for water base varnishing (optional)

Delivery Unit:

It adopts automatic paper-patting system, which make the pile uniform. It is easy to dismount the pile from the flat delivery board, the delivery board can drop automatically, the control system monitors the whole course automatically. Paper counting is very accurate.

Ultraviolet Ray Drying System:

It is made up of the UV light, reflecting guard, electrical control system, cooling and exhausting equipment. Full power/half power design can coordinate the course of operation, when the machine is in normal working, it is in full power running, but when something hampered, such as feed –losing, double sheet or emergency stop, it is in half power running.
